House Policies

We’d appreciate it if you comply with our House Policies so that we may better serve you.


You must be over the age of 18 years and a resident of the State of California, showing a valid ID or Driver’s License to prove both residency and age verification. If you are under 18, or have not yet been verified by a doctor you are to limited to the waiting room only.

We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors and to be respectful and courteous to all of the Buddha Collective staff.

You need to bring your original Letter of Recommendation from your doctor. Once we have verified your letter, you will be able to become a member.

You must also agree to never sell or distribute any products, especially Medical Marijuana from the Buddha Collective. Your membership will be revoked in you attempt to do so. Although caregivers who possess their own letter may provide to another patient.

Please do not bring any cell phones, cameras or recording devices onto the premises.

Please carry a copy of your recommendation with you at all times and remember to place your medication in the trunk of your car while driving.

We do not permit any consumption on the Buddha Collective premises.

We ask that you agree to not consuming any of our products while operating any automobile or heavy equipment.

No alcohol, weapons, or illegal drugs are allowed in or around Buddha Collective. We also ask that you do not medicate in the vicinity of the Buddha Collective.

Finally, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in termination of your Buddha Collective membership.



What do you need to shop at Buddha Collective?


In order to become a member, you will need to bring in these two items: a valid California Driver's License or State ID verifying that you’re at the age of 18 or over, and a Letter of Recommendation from a licensed M.D. To get a Letter of Recommendation, please visit your primary care physician.
